At GreenPeople, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all eco-friendly tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
